Nicewood Company Co., Ltd was established in June, 2005  by  contribution of over ten-year experienced staff in forestry sector. With  qualified, skillful and experienced staffs, we have been and are creating high-quality products for our esteemed customers.

With means of advanced harvesting tool, the experienced staff, forestry engineers and enthusiastic workers, we have a sustainable forest exploitation under license by the Lao government as well as Vietnam in Xieng Khouang, Bolykhamsay, Samnua  and Ninh Thuan province of Vietnam.

Recognizing the day-by-day increasing needs of customers and in order to maximum natural resources saving as well as production costs reduction to provide customers best services, we have invested and built two factories in LAO PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC. Our first factory called DONGTERM WOOD PROCESSING FACTORY  in Xieng Khouang province – Laos Central with total area 35,000 m2, 16.000 m2 for workshop operated in August, 2008. Each year, the total volume of processing and exploitation remains 20,000 m3. During that year, in December we built two factories in Ninh Thuan and Lam Dong province of Vietnam. Together, we have built and upgrade dour storage system with area of 3,500 m2 at Hong Tien Cooperative, Thanh Tri Ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi in order to serve customers in the northern provinces better and better.

Nicewood Company Limited are promoting the establishment of 2^nd  Dong Term wood processing factory  in Kham Muon province of Lao with an area of 50.000m2, workshop area 30.000m2 with the same chain sets, high automation to manufacturing high-quality decking. It becomes the home of outstanding factors  in branch of exploitation and processing of forest products.

We have been carrying out all procedures to get certificate of COC, VLO, FSC as well as staying up with the ISO 9001 system into the production process and business.
