BHTS 2RS C3 VT 180°C

According to the specific request of our customers, we inserted in our range a new product BHTS 2RS C3 VT 180°.
The bearings BHTS 2RS C3 VT 180° are designed on the dimension of standard bearing, but with appropriate treatment of stabilization, radial clearance, greases and special Viton seals,which make them suitable to operate from -30° to +180°C. They have a specific range of application in industrial fan, air conveyors and dry compressors.
The bearing also can be used in any application as alternative of standard bearing. In this
condition the lifetime can be increased significant in comparison of the lifetime of standard
bearing.
 

Technical characteristics:

Bearing material: steel AISI 52100 (Chrome) stabilized to the application
Radial Clearance C3
Viton seals 2RS in steel with vulcanized rubber for 200°C
Lubricated for life with grease for temperatures up to 200°C
Do not need additional lubrication
