ME Project Manager (March-2013)

Mô tả công việc

- Make drawing, installation, testing and commissioning, fitting-out, maintenance and implementation services for HVAC such as: ventilation, air-conditioning, heating and plumbing systems at factory, etc..; 
- Set-up and control work schedule of staff and sub-contractor at site 
- Assist in making estimates, technical drawing, purchases related to work implementation; 
- Check & verify all technical reports (maintenance, services, troubleshooting).

- Design electrical system works (substation, power dynamics, electrical cabinets, control, lighting, fire alarm, telephone, speaker, lightning, etc.). 
- Drawings, dissection supplies and work estimates. 
- Deploying drawings, construction supervision, construction planning.
- Document, file transfer, operating instructions, commissioning works. 
- Maintenance, generation, customer service request. 
- Other requirements discussed in the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from Construction University or Technology University, major in thermo-refrigeration or HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) or Environment…
- Has at least 5 years experience.
- Good command of computer skills such as: AutoCAD, Excel & Words.
- Able to read, understand all technical document and communicate in English.
